It’s one of the most beautiful times of the year. Fall is here and the days are getting shorter and sweater weather is upon us. (Or the chance to turn off the air conditioning for a couple of hours a day, here in the South.) So much of Fall centers around gatherings spent with friends and family. Here are a couple of our favorite drink recipes to share with loved ones, whether it’s mornings spent on the porch or drinks around the dinner table.

Rose matcha

We love to blend the taste of rose into drinks, hot or cold. Adding our Rose Glycerite and Amina Mundi rose powder to a classic matcha creates a delicious combination for the change of seasons. This is also a great alternative to traditional fall drinks containing pumpkin or maple syrup, just in case those flavors aren’t your jam.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon El Guapo rose cordial to taste

2 teaspoons matcha

1 teaspoon Amina Mundi rose powder

3 dropperfuls Smoke Perfume rose glycerite

¼ cup milk of choice

Water

Directions:

Blend with either room temperature water and pour over ice for a cool iced beverage or blend with hot water to create a tasty latte.

Cocktail and Mocktail option:

The Hermione Granger

This one sure is pretty. Taken from the wonderful Half-baked Harvest blog, this gorgeous burgundy drink can become alcohol-free with a couple of simple adjustments. It’s a perfect addition to any Halloween fête or Thanksgiving drink menu.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh or frozen raspberries

1-2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary

Juice of half a lemon

1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 ounces vodka

2 tablespoons raspberry jam

Sparkling water (topping)

2 fresh or frozen cherries (topping)

Recipe:

Muddle the raspberries, rosemary, and lemon juice together until a nice consistency forms.

Combine with apple cider vinegar, jam, and vodka in a cocktail shaker (or jar). Add ice and shake vigorously.

Strain the concoction into a glass, top off with sparkling water and garnish with cherries.

**To make into a mocktail, simply scrap the alcohol and add 1 extra tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 additional teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
